When disposing electric motors, the applicable national regulations must be observed.

Furthermore, it should be noted that oils and fats are disposed according to the Waste Oil Regulation.

The details of the grease manufacturer's instructions must be respected. Grease and oil is not allowed to be discharged into nature!

The main components used are cast iron (housing), steel (shaft, stator and rotor core, small parts), aluminum (housing, rotor), copper (coils), plastics (insulation materials such as polyamide, polypropylene, etc.), elastomers and asbestos-free sealing materials. Electronic components such as converters, encoders, etc., are treated separately.

Old motors out of operation, our brand, TECHTOP European sales network will accept the motors to be recycled free of charge.

 

 

Entsorgung

Bei der Entsorgung von Elektromotoren sind die geltenden nationalen Vorschriften zu beachten.

Des Weiteren ist zu beachten, dass Öle und Fette entsprechend der Altölverordnung entsorgt werden.

Dabei sind die Angaben des Fettherstellers zu beachten. Fett und Öl darf nicht in die Natur gelangen!

Die wichtigsten verbauten Komponenten sind Grauguss (Gehäuse), Stahl (Welle, Ständer- und Läuferblech, Kleinteile), Aluminium (Gehäuse, Läufer), Kupfer (Wicklungen), Kunststoffe (Isolationsmaterialien wie z.B. Polyamid, Polypropylen, etc.), Elastomere und asbestfreie Dichtungsmaterialien. Elektronikbauteile wie Umrichter, Geber, etc., werden getrennt aufbereitet.

Außer Betrieb genommene Altmotoren unserer Marke, werden kostenfrei bei Fa. TECHTOP ADDA MOTOR GmbH, entgegengenommen.
